Unit-level records identify the legal project as Bishop Park Condo and show individually described condominium residences at 63 Willow Place. Publicly marketed homes have had substantially different floor plans and interior areas, so a single representative size is not a reliable description of every residence. Records and past offerings for unit 4 and unit 12 illustrate the range; current conditions and legal rights must be checked separately for the home being considered.

The building’s Gore Creek frontage and village proximity are important physical characteristics, but views, outdoor space, parking, storage and access vary by residence.
